Friday Night Magic: Pauper Night (3rd Friday)

Friday Night Magic at The Fourth Place offers something for every Magic player!

We now feature a different popular format each Friday of the month— on top of Commander every week— on a regular rotation, so you can find a game of your favorite format.

On the third Friday of the month, join us for open play Pauper, the most accessible format of all. Regular Pauper plays as a 60+ card deck, where every card must be a Common— and the spirit is not to play expensive cards. Commander Pauper constructs like Commander, but while all other cards must be Commons, the Commander can be any Uncommon card. Players of either format get free promo packs, or other goodies when supplies run low.

Sign in and play the week's featured format for a free promo pack, or any format for a free promo  card. Special events, especially those with a required purchase like sealed and drafts, are upgraded with prizes.

We're always open until at least 11:00 pm, and we never have table fees or minimums!

1st Friday: Kitchen Table Night (any 60 card)
2nd Friday: Draft Night
3rd Friday: Pauper Night (or Commander Pauper)
4th Friday: Limited Night (special Draft, Sealed, or Jumpstart events)
5th Friday: Classic Star (or Commander Star)
