I wandered into The Fourth Place by happenstance and I wanted to stay. I'm not a gammer, but this store/community space, made me want to become one. The signs say "everybody is welcome" and that is absolutely true. If I moved to the area, the first thing I would do is buy a membership there and enjoy the process of meeting people and learning games, it's certainly a community I want to be a part of!
